This discussion will look inside the movement practice of yoga and how it can connect people to earth awareness, the elements and awakening a spirit of devotion and activism for our Earth Mother. We will also enjoy an earth based movement meditation and share ideas for how we can initiate sacred activism in our own lives and communities. Open to all, no interest or experience in yoga is necessary!
