Backyard Beekeeping

Have you ever wondered about natural, local honey or are curious about starting your own bee colony? If so, join us for a presentation from Rufus Wilderson, Master Bee Producer. Rufus has been in the Gunnison Valley since 1995, is an attorney and beekeeper.

In his presentation, Rufus will discuss high altitude honey bees and will cover subjects such as different bee species, bee care, colony dynamics, and more . There will be an opportunity for Q&A after the presentation.
